Shipping policy

We provide fast and free shipping options for our customers. Depending on where you live, usually packages are delivered within 3-8 days from the date of shipment. You should receive a tracking confirmation email within the 1-3 business day processing time after your order has been completely processed. USPS is our primary carrier for U.S customers. You will be able to track your order through the link provided in your tracking confirmation email, or you can manually enter your tracking number on the USPS or your country's respective shipping couriers' website. Shipment processing time Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays-Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1~2 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Wrong address disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, but there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately through our contact form on the website or via email at, if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. Returns: By placing an order, you are responsible for the return shipping. The exception is when we send the wrong or defective product. Please refer to our returns and refund policy to know more. Lost/Stolen packages: Official Fate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier through the tracking information provided by us. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to us. The customer is responsible for the entire cost of return shipping. We will cover the all costs in case of a defective or broken product, the return and refund can be initiated by contacting our support team. Email: In case the customer wants to return a product because the person changed their mind the procedure is the same as mentioned above. Contact the support team to inform your decision to return and follow the steps provided. The return shipping cost is entirely on the customer in this case as well.
